Let’s be honest, how many of you went to sleep on Sunday and said, “this weekend owes me nothing?" I definitely did, here's the vibe recap:

Starting off with Friday’s "After the Ringtone" Y2K Party, my girls and I had a time. DJ Scalpel, DJ 40, and Bianca absolutely did their thing. The music had us singing and dancing all night. Everyone came dressed for the theme, and I got to channel my inner Cheetah Girl for the night, who could complain about that? Also, just a reminder, as I said in last week's post: “if you saw me on the dance floor, no you didn’t!" And does anyone know who won the costume contest?

Saturday didn’t disappoint either! I kicked off the day with my favorite little crew, how I had enough energy to run around with them in the morning beats me, but hey some things don’t need questioning. After the quality time, I headed over to the Syracuse Celebrators' Summer Splash, where I got so lost in conversation that I almost missed rooftop yoga! *gasp*
Thankfully, I made it to Thrive in Healing’s Rooftop Yoga and Social just in time, and it was the perfect way to wind down the day. The session slowed everything down, the city views and beautiful weather calmed me, and my body felt light as a feather. I think yoga is quickly becoming a personal favorite.
Now, last weekend was great but this coming weekend is shaping up to be even better. Check out what’s happening on Saturday, July 26, 2025:
